Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you're not happy with the work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and write down what was said.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Reportingcompletely Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We'll confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we'll review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we'll reply with what we found and any action we're taking.
If our answer doesn't settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to assist as well.
